About KTD Ceramics

I began my pottery journey as a way to explore a creative outlet, and it quickly developed into a passion that I wanted to share with others.

I take pride in crafting functional pottery using vibrant colors and hand-carved designs inspired by nature. All items are created, glazed, and fired by me in my home studio using stoneware clay and food-safe glazes. While some pieces may be similar in design, no two pieces will ever be truly identical - meaning the handcrafted items you purchase from me will be one-of-a-kind!

I work fulltime in the field of public health - focusing mostly on substance misuse and problem gambling prevention. When I’m not working or creating, I enjoy spending time with my partner and our two dogs, Sadie and Callie. A Wisconsin native, I also love to cheer on the Green Bay Packers and Milwaukee Brewers. Of course, having lived in Bloomington since attending college at IU, I also love to cheer on the Hoosiers!
